Heritage Golf Brands
Heritage is a word golf marketing has beaten senseless, so the bar here is a date you can check. Bag Boy has made push carts since 1946. Jan Craig has been knitting headcovers since 1961. Carhartt goes back to 1889 and Gramicci to a Yosemite climbing pant in 1982.
What the tag is useful for is separating brands with an actual archive from brands with an aesthetic borrowed from one. Both can make good product. Only one of them can reissue something. MacKenzie, Bettinardi, Sun Mountain and Jones Sports Co all draw on their own back catalog rather than someone else's.
