Cotton work shirts, rope hats and towels for golf, out of San Francisco.
Agronomy Workshop behaves like a designer who happens to have made golf clothes, which is exactly what it is. The San Francisco brand launched in October 2025, but founder Rob Junge had been collecting for it for four and a half years before that, in a public moodboard he started in May 2021 and still adds to.
Junge is a working creative director whose career runs through product design at Vimeo, independent design practice in San Francisco and Head of Design at a sports streaming startup. The clothes show it. The signature is a heavyweight cotton work shirt with a hidden tee slot, alongside rope hats and towels. The whole operation reads like a greenkeeper who reads design blogs: practical first, considered second and loud about neither.
The range is small, about a dozen pieces, and built around cotton rather than performance synthetics. It suits the golfer who wants a shirt that looks like a work shirt and happens to hold a tee. We covered Agronomy Workshop in our Brand Revisited series and included it in our tee and towel edits.

Work at Agronomy Workshop? This coverage is independent and always will be, but if you want to talk about sending product, a sponsored Field Note or something longer, here is how that works.
